Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our policies regarding service cancellations, subscription termination, and refunds.

1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling services and obtaining refunds from IT Spar. Our policy aims to be fair and transparent, while also protecting our business interests.
This policy applies to all of our services, including custom development projects and our SaaS products (CRMDost and SalePro).
2. Custom Development Services
2.1 Project Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a custom development project, the following conditions apply:
- Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- During Initial Planning Phase (up to 10% completion): If you cancel during the planning phase, you will receive a refund of 75% of payments made.
- During Development Phase (11% to 50% completion): If you cancel during active development, you will receive a refund of 50% of payments made, minus costs for work already completed.
- Advanced Development Phase (51% to 90% completion): If you cancel during advanced development, you will receive a refund of 25% of payments made, minus costs for work already completed.
- Final Phase (91% to 100% completion): If you cancel during the final phase of the project, no refund will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@itspar.com. The effective date of cancellation will be the date the request is received.
2.2 Project Modifications
If you wish to modify the scope of your project rather than cancel it completely, please contact your project manager to discuss the changes. Additional fees may apply based on the nature and extent of the modifications.
2.3 Deliverables Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation, IT Spar will provide you with any completed work that has been paid for. Incomplete work or work that has not been paid for will not be provided.
3. SaaS Products (CRMDost and SalePro)
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to our SaaS products at any time by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to the subscription management section
- Emailing our support team at info@itspar.com
- Calling our customer service at +91-9625799600
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period unless required by law
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your subscription period, after which it may be permanently deleted
3.2 Refunds for SaaS Subscriptions
Our refund policy for SaaS products is as follows:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused months, less a 20% administrative fee.
- Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period, no refund will be provided for the current billing month.
To request a refund, please email info@itspar.com with your account information and reason for the refund request.
3.3 Service Interruptions
In the event of significant service interruptions or downtime exceeding our Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, we may offer credits or partial refunds as outlined in our SLA.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly regarding any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and additional fees.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our billing department at info@itspar.com within 30 days of the charge.
5. Service Termination by IT Spar
IT Spar reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Abusive behavior toward our staff
- Fraudulent activity
- Using our services for illegal activities
In cases where IT Spar terminates services due to policy violations, no refund will be provided.
6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, terrorism, war, or governmental action.
In such cases, IT Spar will make reasonable efforts to complete projects or restore services as soon as possible.
7. Changes to This Policy
IT Spar reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. We will notify customers of any significant changes by email or through notices on our website.
