Welcome to IT Spar. By accessing our website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on IT Spar's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on IT Spar's website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by IT Spar at any time. 3. Service Description
IT Spar provides IT consulting, web development, mobile development, backend development, and CRM solutions. We also offer two proprietary CRM products: CRMDost and SalePro, which are available via web platforms and mobile applications.
Our services may include the development and maintenance of custom software solutions according to client specifications, consultation on IT-related matters, and the provision of software as a service (SaaS) products.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is determined on a project-by-project basis or through subscription plans for our SaaS products. All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
For custom development projects, payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal and contract. Typically, these will include:
- An initial deposit before work commences
- Milestone payments throughout the project
- Final payment upon project completion
For SaaS products, subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected (monthly or annually) and are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. Client Responsibilities
When using our custom development services, clients are responsible for:
- Providing clear requirements and timely feedback
- Making available any necessary resources, content, or data required for the project
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Ensuring they have the right to use any materials provided to us
6. Intellectual Property
For custom development projects, intellectual property rights are typically transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.
For our SaaS products (CRMDost and SalePro), IT Spar retains all intellectual property rights. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the duration of their subscription.
IT Spar reserves the right to reuse non-client-specific code, techniques, and know-how developed during client projects for other clients and purposes.
7. Limitations
In no event shall IT Spar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on IT Spar's website or services, even if IT Spar or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on IT Spar's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. IT Spar does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. IT Spar may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, IT Spar does not make any commitment to update the materials.
9. Links
IT Spar has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by IT Spar of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
10. Modifications
IT Spar may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IT Spar operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
